4 Ways to Use Green Tea on Your Face to Achieve Prettier Skin

1. Cleaner

After a long day, you want to wash away all the dirt, impurities and oils that have accumulated on your face. To remove everything and get smooth, clean skin, you can use a green tea cleanser.

Mix two tablespoons of green tea-infused water with one tablespoon of honey, massage the entire face and rinse.

One of the prominent points of skincare is the daily cleaning of the face and pores. If you resist this routine, your pores can form, and you'll notice annoying blackheads starting to appear. However, just rinsing them every night with warm soapy water is enough to get the job done.

For more precise, clearer skin, you should exfoliate three times a week to wash away the top layer of dead skin, making it look younger, firmer and healthier. However, don't exfoliate too much because the top layer, or "stratum corneum," of your skin helps keep it clean and healthy. If you constantly remove the top layer of skin, it will be prone to blemishes, acne, and blackheads.

The best and most important way to ensure your skin stays healthy is to protect it from the sun. Too much time in the sun can cause dry skin, age spots, freckles and wrinkles. Excessive exposure to the sun can also cause more severe problems, such as skin cancer.

Vitamin E is among the best vitamins you can take to improve the quality of your skin. This vitamin helps relieve acne by smoothing the skin's surface to maximize comfort. Also, vitamin E helps to smooth acne scars.

2. Toner

After cleansing the skin, using a green tea tonic works extraordinarily well for people with oily and acne-prone skin. It reduces inflammation, prevents acne and brightens the complexion.

Store the green tea-infused water in a spray bottle and refrigerate. Spray all over your face after cleansing to hydrate and refresh tired skin. Add some drops of tea tree oil for better results if you like.

How to make homemade toner?

Leave a green tea bag in hot water.

After the green tea has cooled completely, measure out a tablespoon of honey or glycerin and add it to it. Mix well until thoroughly mixed.

Skip the glycerine if the weather is hot and the air is dry. This is important.

Now add ACV to it.

To complete this DIY green tea tonic, add ten drops of your favourite essential oil. Most people choose tea tree oil as it is perfect for oily and acne-prone skin.

How to use

Clean your skin before using any toner. It is an essential thing in skincare. Always follow the CTM (Clean, Tone, and Moisturize) routine twice a day for clear, healthy skin.

Shake the bottle well before each use. Then, spray the toner, dry or let it dry naturally. Follow with a moisturizer.

3. Mask

Asa it is Rich in vitamin B2 and vitamin E, green tea is essential for skin health and maintenance. Applying a green tea mask will maintain collagen levels and make it firm and supple, promoting the growth of new cells.

Mix the green tea leaves moistened with honey to form a paste. Apply evenly on the face and leave to act. Wash off after 15 minutes for smooth smooth skin.

Rinse your face and pat dry with a towel. Like most homemade masks, the mix can be a bit messy, so use a headband to make sure the mask doesn't get into your hairline and apply it over a sink!

Allow the mixture to dry for 10 - 12 minutes (or 5 minutes for dry/sensitive skin), and then rinse with warm water. Gently rub the skin in small circular motions to exfoliate while removing the mask for a maximum skin lightening effect. After rinsing your face with the mask, pat your skin dry and apply a light lotion.

4. Eyecare

Rich in antioxidants called flavonoids and tannins, green tea has an anti-inflammatory effect. This helps firm the skin and absorb fluid to relieve swelling around the eyes.

Keep frozen green tea bags over your eyes for 10 minutes to reduce puffiness and dark circles and make your eyes more awake.

Dark circles are one of the most challenging beauty problems for many of us to deal with. Today I'm going to tell you about my favourite treatment for tired and swollen panda eyes. It would help if you were consistent when using this recipe until your dark circles subside or permanently disappear. Unfortunately, this all-natural eye mask won't reduce hereditary dark circles.
