1.Two Ingredient Pizza Dough
Two ingredients pizza dough? Seems impossible! Read this easy recipe to fulfill your pizza cravings.
2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of pizza sauce
Mozzarella for topping
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and Greek yogurt; move to a work surface dusted with self-rising flour.
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes, adding more flour as needed to prevent it from being too sticky.
Spray the cooking spray, get a 12-inch pizza pan, and spread dough to the pan's sides.
Apply the pizza sauce and finish with mozzarella cheese shreds.
Add a few chopped veggies to get those nutrient values even in a cheesy pizza.
Cook it in the oven or in a pan! And you made yourself a nice and tasty pizza.
Banana bread is an absolute delight! It's usually a quick bread that's moist, soft, and cake-like with the goodness of fruit.
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
¼ tsp of salt
½ tsp of ground cinnamon
½ cup of unsalted butter
¾ cup of dark brown sugar
⅓ cup of yogurt
2 cups of mashed bananas
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a loaf pan.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Combine butter and brown sugar in a mixer and beat until smooth.
Blend on high speed when adding one egg at a time.
Continue mixing in the yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
Ensure that the dry ingredients are thoroughly mixed with the wet ingredients.
Place the batter in the loaf pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
Allow for at least 60 minutes of baking time.
Check the bread with a toothpick to see if it's finished.
If the knife comes out clean, it's ready to feed!
Revived during lockdown times, the Dalgona coffee is made by whipping equal parts instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until smooth, then pouring it over cold or hot milk.
2 tbsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of hot water
½ cup of milk – room temperature
Whisk together the coffee, sugar, and a drop of hot water in a small mug.
Mix until the coffee mixture has thickened into a sauce.
Ascertain that the cream's consistency has reached soft peaks.
Attach the ice cubes to a glass of cold milk and finish with a dollop of the coffee mixture.
If desired, top it with chocolate chips or coffee powder.
Chill before serving!
4.Spaghetti Aglio Olio
Made with just a few ingredients, spaghetti aglio olio (no matter how difficult it sounds) is simple, quick to make, and delicious.
1 pack of spaghetti
6 cloves of garlic
½ cup of olive oil
¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
A big pot of salted water should be brought to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 1 minute less than al dente, or according to package directions, about 9 minutes.
2 cups of the cooking water should be set aside. Drain and set aside the pasta.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium-low heat until it shimmers.
2 to 3 minutes after adding the garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until the garlic starts to turn light golden brown.
If the pasta isn't done yet, turn off the heat.
Bring the pasta water to a boil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid has been reduced by half.
Add the spaghetti and toss constantly for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
Remove from the heat and toss in the parsley and the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Serve right away with plenty of grated cheese on top.
5. Mac And Cheese

are one of the first things that come to mind. When you're feeling down, whip up this simple and delicious recipe.
½ cup Macaroni
½ cup Water
3 tbsp. Milk

Combine the macaroni, water, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
