Use produce bags

2. Wash your greens in cold water
Coldwater or ice bath is an effective way of locking the moisture in your green vegetables. It also helps in cooling them down and avoiding the wilted appearance old greens tend to have. After washing them in ice-cold water, pat them dry with some paper towels and put them in an air-tight container.
3. Paper towels and plastic bags
Freshly produced leafy vegetables should ideally be consumed within 1-3 days after the date of purchase. Later, put your wrapped green leafy vegetables in a plastic bag and place the bag in the fridge. However, be mindful of separating the varieties and store them in different bags.
