2. Recipe for Rosé Sangria Ro
If you order sangria (or follow mocktail recipes for kids and make it at home ), expect a wine-based drink with a touch that is sometimes sweet and always fruity. Modern sangria usually has brandy or flavoured liqueur to increase the percentage of alcohol and sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to cheer it up.
1 bottle of rosé wine
1 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
½ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz of simple syrup
Fresh fruit, to taste (I used a slice of lemon and half a litre of raspberry)
¼ cup of fruit liqueur, to taste (e.g. Cointreau, raspberry liqueur, fruit vodka)
club soda, to serve
Sangria is a tremendous forgettable corrective punch to serve a crowd or breastfeed slowly over the weekend.
Mix all ingredients, except soda, in a jar and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving; the longer it remains, the more intense the flavours become. When ready to serve, put some ice and garnish with a splash of club soda.

4 tablespoons of instant coffee beans
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
4 ounces of Kahlua (or liqueur of your choice; Irish Cream would also be a good choice!)
8 ounces of milk or alternative milk (we use almond milk)
Fill two ⅔ cups of the course with ice; add the liqueur and almond milk, leaving ⅓ of the cup empty for coffee.
In a medium bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, vanilla (if using), and boiling water. Using a mixer, beat the mixture until medium, frothy peaks form. Note: You can manually use a wire whisk, but it will take 8-10 minutes to get the right consistency.
Put the coffee blend on top of the ice and milk cups and enjoy.

8. Watermelon Lemonade Recipe
Eating watermelon with lemon significantly increases the amount of vitamin C present in both fruits. In addition, the reduced amount of sugar and the large amount of water contained in watermelon help relieve hunger. A juicy fruit topping is the perfect topping for a watermelon lemonade.
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of water, plus 3 cups of water to mix the lemonade
4 cups of watermelon, diced
½ cup of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 ounces of vodka per serving
Make a simple syrup: add ½ water and sugar to a saucepan and bring to low heat, bring to a boil to make sure the sugar dissolves completely, about 5 minutes. Let it cool down a bit.
In a large jar, combine the simple syrup, lemon juice, and 3 cups of cold water to make the lemonade.
Before serving, put the watermelon in a blender and blend until pureed.
To assemble, pour some ice into a tall glass, add 3 tablespoons of watermelon puree, 2 ounces of vodka and fill the rest of the glass with lemonade. Stir to combine.
