In our life we already have so many problems popping up to disturb our mental peace, that now you start getting acne on your skin. Annoying, isn't it? ● Sip freshly squeezed orange juice with the pulp.

This fruit of refreshment, quite literally, contains Vitamin C, A, B1, B6, and Lycopene that are essential in enhancing overall skin wellness and texture.

● Eat a bowl of watermelon as an afternoon bite.

● Drink fresh watermelon juice in the morning or evening.
